TOPIC:  Getting answerback to work on a Wy60

THE ISSUE:
        PROBLEMS WITH ANSWERBACK ON THE WY60 TERMINAL

OVERVIEW:
        Customer does not receive the answerback that has been
        programmed on the wy60 when they send the "Send answerback
        message" escape sequence "ESC c <".

RESOLUTION:
        Make sure the customer has both ANSWERBACK MODE=ON in
        F1(DISP) setup and SEND ACK=ON in F2(GENERAL) setup.  If
        they do not have both of these parameters set to on the   
        Wy60 will not send the answerback when ESC c < is sent to 
        the terminal.
